Charlie Bendock will be returning as the head coach for the 2007-08 swim season.  He was CAAT’s assistant coach for the 2004-05 season, and has been head coach since summer 2005.  Charlie has over 14 years of coaching experience and has instructed athletes at almost every level of competition.  His swimmers have achieved National Age Group top 16 rankings, regional age group records, and many personal bests.   As an athlete, Charlie was an NAIA All-American and team captain at PLU where he graduated in 1998 with a BS in Biology and minor in exercise science.    Before coming to CAAT, he has served as head coach for Wedgwood Swim Team, Evergreen Swim Club, and Evergreen State College, and has been assistant coach for Salmon Bay Aquatics and Bellevue Club Swim Team..   

Coach Bendock works primarily with the Senior and Gold swimmers. 

Coach Emily Weber  will be returning to coach primarily Bronze and Silver swimmers.  She happily joined the CAAT family in the fall of 2006.  She brings almost 10 years of coaching experience with her and enjoys teaching and motivating swimmers of all ages and abilities.  Emily is also currently the head coach for Seattle University Masters and the Garfield High School boys and girls teams.  Emily graduated from Occidental College in 2002 with a BA in Anthropology.  

Emily works primarily with the Bronze and Silver swimmers. 

Coach Alvin Barnes will be assisting primarily with the pre-comp and bronze level swimmers.  Alvin has been working in aquatics for the last ten years as a W.S. I  certified swim lesson instructor, as a Masters coach, as a dive coach, and as a lifeguard .  Alvin also works for the Medgar Evers Pool staff in a number of roles.  Alvin swam for the Garfield High School swim team. 

Alvin works primarily with the Pre-Comp and Bronze groups
