To Register
1) go to the home page at www.swimcaat.org, and click
on Start Registration at
the upper left of the page.
2) have your credit card ready to register
3) follow the simple directions, including entering/updating
family, swimmer, emergency contact, health insurance, guardian and
other information. You will be asked to place your child in
a swim group. This is temporary. Use these equivalents: CAATFish =
CAATFish, Dolphin = Development I, Junior Fit under age 10 =
Development I, Junior Fit age ten and older = Development II,
Bronze = Comp I, Silver = Comp II, Gold = Comp II. Final
determination is made by the coaches and will be adjusted
automatically through the Registrar.
4) pay for your registration by secure credit card info entry
and agree to the embedded registration documents.
5) DOWNLOAD, FILL OUT AND MAIL THE OTHER REQUIRED PAPER FORMS AS
PROMPTED IN YOUR "SUCCESS" MESSAGE PAGE
6) DOWNLOAD, READ AND BECOME FAMILIAR WITH CAAT'S INFORMATIONAL
PACKET IN THE DOCUMENTS TAB OF THE HOME PAGE.
7) await further instructions and the OK to swim from CAAT in
your email. This could take up to two weeks as we set our new group
rosters, so we appreciate your patience!
***If you have not
chosen an electronic payment method in the past, you must do so,
and we suggest DOING IT NOW:***
To Setup Auto Pay
1) On the Home Page, under "My Account",
click Setup Auto
Pay
2) follow the directions there to enter your chosen electronic
payment method for monthly billings of fees.
3) per our stated policy electronic payment is required. If you
cannot pay electronically, please contact the Registrar at
membership@swimcaat.org
***CAAT strongly encourages you to choose
electronic funds transfer from a bank account ("ACH" transfer,
commonly referred to as "EFT") instead of credit card billing to
save our not-for-profit organization thousands of dollars in
credit card fees yearly. This helps keep expenses
down...***
